I have been struggling with anxiety my whole life.. trying to battle these emotions every day is so overwhelming. I feel this course however has really increased my confidence in properly starting to get in the mindset and try and beat these emotions, and to finally have the methods to get on top of it and not get spiraled down the negative loop time and time again.
